Adjustable fixturing with automatic repositioning is required to handle the variety of "pan" sizes without manual set-up. Automatic in-feeding of clips is provided to maintain required cycle times. A FANUC Robotics Arc Mate 100iB-65 six acxis welding robot provides the welding capability supplied with a Lincoln Electric PowerWave f355i integrated welding power supply package.
