Click here to view Brochure       The project consisted of two loader cells with a custom robot to manipulate the loaders during the testing process. The hydrostatic drives train was run through a series of testing using a brake dynameter attached to the drive axle. High speed data acquisition was provided to ascertain that the loader functions such as torque, speed, boom lift function and wheel tracking, etc. conformed to test parameters. Circuit continuity for the electrical systems of the ROPScage was also tested. Key Features:
