In 1999 the company became an authorized FANUC Robotics Integrator and in 2000 re-incorporated as Automation Design Engineering, Inc. to better reflect the company's services offering.

      ADE maintains its Engineering Center, with robotics lab, at 110 S. Railroad Avenue, New Holland, PA 17557. The Engineering Center provides the base of operations for ADE's engineering resources staff. The engineering staff consist of both full and part-time employees and is supplemented with a cadre of long-term specialized sub-contract engineering support. The engineering staff resources, many with advanced degrees, have a vast, diversified and extensive practical experience level. This group is lead by Charles Heisig, P.E., Director of Engineering, Masters Degree, Cornell University and one of the company's principals (age 52).

      In addition to ADE's Engineering Center the company fabricates its larger systems at long-time affiliate Beiler Hydraulics, Inc. (BHI) who is located approximately 5 minutes drive from the Engineering Center. The BHI facility offers welding, turning, milling and painting resources along with a significant on-site stocking of hydraulic and pneumatic components and is housed in a modern two year old facility. In total the company resources reaches a total of 50,000 square ft. of floor space and over 60 engineers, technical, field service and fabrication personnel.

      Sales and Administration is directed by Bruce G. Madden, CPA, Bachelor of Science, Drexel University and the company's other principal (age 54). He is President of the company and has over 25 years practical experience in manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, and automation systems.
