Palletizing Cell Application:       Robotic palletizing of servicing one to seven in-feed conveyors and loading one to seven pallets. The system can handle 25 to 45 products per minute (exact cycle times are application dependent). The cell serviced by a FANUC M-410iB which is a four axis robot and comes in payload capacities ranging from 160kg up to 450kg. FANUC offers a M-420iB four axis robot palletizing robot with a smaller payload of 40kg but higher palletizing speeds.
