      Robotic machine loading operation required the processing of steel tubes to be perforated in a press. THe tube not only needed to be loaded into the press but the robot was required to rotate and hold the tube during the perforation press cycle at up to 16 precise locations during the process. The cell manned by a FANUC LR Mate 200iB six axis robot. High speed in feed hopper/table with seam finder and controlled placement out bound material handling devices were provided. Key Features:
