Assembly and Test Cell (Picture witheld at request of customer.) Application:       Robotic assembly and test cell requires the delicate assembly of orthopedic implant components. Two automatic test procedures are needed to be accomplished, one being a process confirmation test and the other a functional test. Two vision systems needed, one for part confirmation and one for process confirmation. The cell manned by two FANUC LR Mate 200iB six axis cleanroom robots. Cell component and fabrication were cleanroom compliant.
